Return & Exchange Policy
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No cash refunds will be granted. Cancellation of international orders will be subject to a 25% service charge. If any product is not returned with integrity, the service charge and restocking fees will be 30%. Thank you for your understanding.
Customer is responsible for return shipping for a requested refund or exchange.
There are no returns permitted on any consumable item, such as athletic tape.
To be eligible for a return or exchange – within 15 days– your item must be in unused condition; undamaged, free from chalk or other blemishes, clean and in the same condition that it was received. Tried-on footwear that is stretched and worn is non-returnable.
Prior to returning your unworn and original condition item(s), we ask that you please provide a tracking number for your return shipment, and also require that the item be insured for the full retail price. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping, handling and insurance costs of any and all returns to ASHER ATHLETIC.
Used, closeout or other "not-new" items are sold on a final basis only, and cannot be returned for any reason, except if their condition is anything short of what ASHER ATHLETIC described to you.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Asher Athletic may also verify your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item was received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund, with the applied 25% restocking fee.
ASHER ATHLETIC reserves the right to refuse service.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be promptly applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged; products marked on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
