Improve form, timing, and skills with the Velcro portion that helps to train better pirouettes, casting, drills, and basics. The Velcro sound signals to coach and gymnast when feet are separated, which improves learning and understanding.
My main reason for creating the Bar Heel Pad was to help gymnasts learn higher level bar skills with enhanced safety and confidence knowing they are wearing something meant for them. Seeing volleyball knee pads and other methods to protect heels over the years– while creative and perhaps "good enough"– left me with a desire to offer something specialized and purpose-built to match the amazing sport that is gymnastics.
