X-SMALL size (Asher Red) is suitable for roughly US children's shoe sizes 13 to 4. The main difference is the width of the instep portion. Highest point: 6"/15cm. Limited size offering! No Returns.

SMALL size (Asher Red) is suitable for roughly US women's shoe sizes 5 to 6, or Youth/Child Sizes 13 up to 5. Highest point: 6"/15cm

MEDIUM size (navy) is suitable for roughly US women's shoe sizes 6 to 9 or Youth/Child shoe sizes 6 & up. Highest point: 6"/15cm

A must have-product!

Love the quality, it’s a perfect fit. Light Weightless, so you don’t get distracted by the feeling that there’s something stuck on your feet. Makes it easier to attemt elements like Tkatchev and jeager without the fear of hurting your feet if hitting the bar!

Train w/o hesitation

From ordering to training these heel pads have been ‘easy’. They fit perfectly; are not bulky at all, fit in my gym bag easily. I love the Velcro- I can hear when I’ve separated my feet & legs and self correct. They give me just enough protection and peace of mind I won’t be injured that going ALL IN for my big skills- especially - my in bar skills and my Jaeger’s is trained without hesitation. They are soft; comfortable, and value added in my training. Super fast delivery and as always the great customer service. They fit easily in my Asher Athletic Gym bucket bag! ( still my favorite product!)
