Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

As a student, foreign language classes always held my interest; I was amazed at the notion that if I could learn to speak another language then I could communicate with and learn about that many more people – The prospect was very exciting as a young person wanting to learn about the world and have some meaningful part in it. On the production side my business requires Japanese language communication and travel, so I am satisfied.
